FAQ

How often is the Matrix Newsletter published?

The Matrix Newsletter is published on the first Sunday every month.

What will the Matrix Newsletter provide me with?

The Matrix Newsletter will provide the subscriber with 5 charts with the Market Matrix turns for the next 30 days (click here to see list).

The axiom of the Market Matrix is that any market will rotate from high to low according to the natural laws. The solution to this rotation is called the Market Matrix solution. The newsletter will pinpoint when those turns will occur during the month.

What does that mean in layman's language?

It means that you will be able to see when the 4 main Market Matrix time frames are due to turn over the next 30 days and beyond.

It means that you can plan your shorter-term trades as well as your longer-term trades from this newsletter. It means that you can take positions with the confidence knowing that you are trading with the cyclical trend, and most importantly, it means you can really zoom in on when the next big trend change is going to be in the market you are trading.

It means you will be ready for the bigger turns and may capitalise on them.

Lets take an example:

The two SP500 charts below show the Market Matrix solution provided to the existing subscribers. This is what you will get for every one of the 5 markets covered.

The time cycles you are seeing on the chart are Market Matrix time cycles and not Delta time cycles. The difference is in their accuracy in pinpointing the rotation from high to low. Delta is a great place to start but if you want real accuracy in your trading, you need the Market Matrix to really get the results most traders desire. The rotation solution in the Market Matrix is different to the Delta solution, and in there lies the real value of the Market Matrix.

What the Market Matrix Newsletter is providing you are the Market Matrix turns. If you already are familiar with Delta or even Matrix ifself, you will find tremendous value in being provided with the turns 30 days ahead of time.

If you are brand new to time cycle analysis, you should look at the two charts below and notice how the provided numbers coincide with turns in the market.

You should already from the charts below see the phenomenal power in knowing for the next 30 days where the next Matrix highs and lows are coming in.

The smaller numbers within the chart, closest to the price bars, show the smaller Matrix turns with amazing accuracy. What would it be worth to have those turns for the next 30 days? That is what the Matrix Newsletter will give you.

However, there is more to the nextletter than that. It also shows you when the bigger swings are due to turn. They are marked in red on the charts below.

Are you beginning to see the power in the Matrix Newsetter?

Now imagine you had this knowledge for 5 markets including the FTSE 100, DAX 30 as well as Sterling Dollar and gold.

Whether you trade indices, individual stocks, commodities or currencies, the principle of the Market Matrix works the same way. The charts below show a before and after chart of the currency called Cable, or Pound Dollar.

The first chart shows that overall we are expecting a Matrix turn in the middle of November. The stipulated line points to where the market was trading when the newsletter was published. It alerted the subscribers to the fact that a much bigger turn was due towards the end of November and that it was going to be a high. The subscribers was alerted to this on the chart.

The second chart shows that the low came in on time and the market zoomed higher to hit the much bigger time frame high spot on at the end of November. We have provided a clear snap-shot of the Matrix turns below so you can see the power of the Matrix turning points much clearer.

Does the Matrix Newsletter require an understanding of the Market Matrix?

The Market Matrix is probably the best trading course you will ever encounter. It teaches you an approach to the financial markets, which is relatively easy to understand. It does not dwell on useless fundamentals or vague cycles. Neither does it focus on indicators such as moving averages. It goes to the very heart of the markets: cyclicality. It is taught in a straight forward manner, and you can view it over and over.

However, do you need to purchase the Market Matrix Trading course to understand the Market Matrix newsletter? The answer is that the newsletter is designed to be intuitive. When you look at the SP500 charts above, you can intuitively follow the sequence of numbers as the market moves from high to low and back.

You should also see that the bigger turns are pinpointed as well. It allows you to trade several time frames. However, there is no doubt that an investment in the Market Matrix trading course will enhance your understanding, not only of trading in general but also of the newsletter.

If you are tempted to acquire the Market Matrix, you can subscribe for 3 months here and get a feel for what it will be like to use the Matrix in the markets you prefer.

How often are your "Interim Email" reports issued?

As part of the service we may email you an alert to warn you of a Matrix turn in a specific market. This will only be done if it has not already been highlighted in the actual newsletter. There may not be an Interim Email if it is not required.

What is the difference between Delta and Market Matrix?

Delta is the invention of Jim Sloman/Welles Wilder. The Market Matrix is the invention of Steve Copan. Steve Copan used the concept of Delta to create a trading method called Market Matrix. The first of the 3 CD's making up the Market Matrix Trading program is a course on Delta.

The real difference between Delta and Market Matrix lies in precision. Every market has a different solution(although families of products such as banking stocks and or related stock indices will have the same solution), and the Matrix uses different time frames to Delta. These time frames has been solved by Steve Copan himself and are different from the Delta time frames. It has allowed Steve to pinpoint with a far greater accuracy turns in the market than using the Delta approach alone.

The reason the Matrix CDs starts off with a course in Delta is because the foundation of Delta, known as the rotation solutions, is the cornerstone of the Matrix approach.
